Our own GREEN2clean range forms part of our everyday cleaning approach.
If you have questions about the products used in your home, your free first visit is a useful time to discuss them with your regional manager. You can explain your preferences and point out surfaces that need particular care.
Natural stone, wooden finishes and other delicate materials may have specific care instructions. Sharing any guidance you have helps us understand what needs attention before the cleaning arrangement begins.
Keeping journeys short
We focus on short journeys and use bicycles where we can. Working through regional teams supports this local approach across the communities we serve.
Transport depends on the circumstances of each journey. Our aim is to organise work close to customers’ homes and travel by bicycle when practical.
This attention to everyday travel is part of how we put responsibility into practice.
Taking responsibility for our people
Our Fees are employed directly by HaushaltFee, with Swiss contracts, insurance and social charges.
As a Swiss family business, we see responsibility towards our employees as part of the service we provide to customers. Direct employment keeps a clear connection between the person working in your home and the company managing your cleaning arrangement.
Every Fee is interviewed, referenced and introduced in person.

Having the same Fee each week gives your cleaner the opportunity to become familiar with your preferences. Your regional manager provides a contact for discussing questions or changes.
